Adrian is currently the founder Executive Ideas. With 15 years of consulting and advisory services, Adrian helps ensure the smooth running of consulting engagements and is also well versed with Organizational Culture Transformation & Talent Management. He is passionate about the need for Organizations to embrace the exponential nature of the digital economy and an advocate of cross-organizational collaboration.

Adrian's has held consulting, advisory & business development portfolios with the likes of organizations like Mercer, Development Dimensions International and The Conference Board. He is also certified and user of various tools like SHL, Denison Organizational Culture Survey, DDI's Targeted Selection & Facilitation Programs.

Eric returned to his homeland in Malaysia after spending decades in Australia, USA, the UK and Hong Kong. He has held business development and advisory positions with Clifford Chance and KPMG across the globe but realized his passion for Facilitation and Learning in 2008.

On his returned, Eric was instrumental in helping organizations like HSBC, BP and Ericsson with their culture transformation agenda. He has personally facilitated and coached over 500 managers from HSBC to drive habits that support the culture transformation of the organization. Eric also has a strong passion for helping organizations with the Diversity & Execution strategy.

Eric is a master-trainer of the Genos Emotional Intelligence tool and is also certified with various tools like DISC, MBTI, LEA360, etc.

John Chan is a partner with Corporate Coaching Partners as well as a director of Curve Group and Alpha Dynamics. He is a well sort-after Executive Coach and an expert in the field of Organizational Development. Before entering into his own coaching practice, John spent an illustrious 38 year career at Shell covering multiple portfolios from Finance to Marketing and finally landed himself as the Head of HR for Asia South.

Suvit Chansrichowla is the Managing Director of Serendipity & Co, a boutique Organizational Development firm based in Bangkok. Suvit's expertise is in HR Technology Implementation and Organizational Development. Suvit speaks fluent Thai and has held senior HR roles with Central Retail Group and Siam Commercial Bank.

Noelle Zhuang is also a partner with Corporate Coaching Partners. Based in Shanghai, Noelle also facilitates Leadership Development Programs. Her background spans both Corporate HR and Consulting having held positions in Johnson & Johnson, Pepsico & Development Dimensions International.
